| Description | This special project involved the production of a new woodblock edition of Hakuin’s Kana Hōgo (Dharma Sermons in Japanese), based on the finest extant edition of the original Kana Hōgo engraved using Hakuin’s own handwritten text. Employing traditional methods and printed on a very durable quality of washi paper, this new edition is a perfect reproduction of the classic woodblock text. |
